Vintage Tablecloth Dress ~ Linen w/ Rambling Rose Embroidery ~ Size S

**This dress is one-of-a-kind. Size S (measurements below). Made from a vintage linen tablecloth with beautiful hand stitched floral motif.**

The Solstice Dress. Perfect for multiple seasons (I wear it on both the summer & winter solstice, hence the name). Works with a tank or cami in the summer, or layered over a long-sleeved tee & leggings in cooler weather. Easy-to-wear shape flatters a variety of body types. In-seam hip pockets.

Below the knee length, depending on your height. 39 1/2" from shoulder to the shortest part of the hem. Longer at the sides than at the center front & back. 

Fabric is linen, on the lighter side of mid-weight. Off-white in color, with cross stitched flowers in shades of wood rose, deep blush, & spring green. I kept the original, overlocked hem to preserve the pretty scalloping.

Made to last, with French seams & reinforced stitching. I recommend hand washing & line drying this piece, because of the hand embroidery.

Please note, this dress is cut low at the arm holes. For more coverage, it can be layered over a bra, tank, or t-shirt.

This dress is made from a vintage tablecloth. Minor imperfections are to be expected & are part of the charm. Anything major will be noted.

This particular piece doesn't seem like it was used much (if at all). There are, however, a couple of marks on it, perhaps from storage. I have included photos so you can see what I'm referring to.

This dress is a size S (size chart below). The fit is very forgiving and somewhat adjustable.

Garment Measurements: Length = 39 1/2" (shoulder to shortest part of hem), Chest = 42", Waist = 48".

Size Chart: This dress is designed to be worn with lots of positive ease. The body measurements below are a guideline, but the fit is quite flexible. See above for actual garment measurements.

Choose size according to your bust measurement. If you're between sizes, I recommend sizing down.

XS - Bust = up to 34" (US size 0/2)
**S - Bust = 34"/36" (US size 4/6)**
M - Bust = 36"/38" (US size 8/10)
L - Bust = 38"/40" (US size 12/14)
XL - Bust = 40"/42" (US size 16/18)
2X - Bust = 44”/46” (US size 20/22)
3X - Bust = 48"/50" (US size 24/26)
